Abstract Submission Guidelines

This is a Call for Papers and Video submission for the 1st Annual World Robotic Gynecology Congress. Submission deadlines are as follows:

Paper and Video abstract submission deadline: April 1, 2009
Video deadline: April 1, 2009
Abstracts accepted for presentation require a manuscript by April 1, 2009. Manuscripts will be considered for publication in the Journal of Robotic Surgery.

Paper and Video abstracts should be submitted electronically via the abstract submission site link on the WRGC website available on February 5, 2009.
Video submission requires both an abstract and a video. MPG, WMV or DVD formats are necessary. Two copies of the video should be sent to:

Abstracts accepted for presentation require a manuscript by April 1, 2009. Manuscripts will be considered for publication in the Journal of Robotic Surgery.
IRB Approval – IRB approval or waiver is required for submission of all abstracts. If the study is waived by an IRB, WRGC must receive a copy of the waiver letter.
Surgical videos featuring a new surgical, clinical or educational technique that improves upon a robotic procedure in gynecology are highly encouraged.
Research presented at the WRGC 2009 meeting must not have been published or presented at a regional or national meeting.

Prizes are provided by the Journal of Robotic Surgery (JRS) and Springer.

First Prize:
